Casey founded HHC in 2016 when her horse, Chubbs, sustained what she was told would be a career-ending injury.

Determined to contribute to his recovery in any way possible, Casey began experimenting with recipes for horse treats to sell to raise money to put toward his recovery. Through weeks of trial and error, the recipe was perfected, a website was launched, and HHC was off! 

 

Once the company lifted off the ground, Casey’s longtime best friend and competitive jumper rider, Caroline, joined the team and has been an invaluable member ever since. 

 

Since Chubbs’ recovery, both girls have been able to put HHC profits toward funding their own equestrian endeavors.
